Go! Res FAQs

Q.  I am getting an error during installation that says I am missing the wkstn.ini file, what should I do?

A.  This error means that you have not installed Wspan's standard scripts and your system is not set up for scripting use.  Go to Tools, then click on Scripts, then Get Standard Scriptpro Scripts.  This is Wspan's installation.  This must be installed before you can install ScriptEasyTM.

Q. How do set up a link in MyLinks?

A.  Click here to see detailed instructions

Q. How do I access the scripts in Go! ?

A.  The right hand panel of Go Res will change, there will be some tabs across the top. One of the tabs is labeled "Custom." This is where the ScriptEasyTM scripts will be. All you have to do is launch the j_trams.csl script by typing it in the box, which will bring up the main menu.

Additionally, you can create a link on your mylinks page.  For instructions on how to do that, click here.

There's another option. We have created a MACRO that will launch the ScriptEasyTM main menu, so you won't have to always click on the custom tab and scroll down to find j_tram.csl every time. The Macro is downloadable just click here.

Q.  I am getting an error that says I am an UNAUTHORIZED USER of ScriptEasyTM.

AThis error could be caused by two things.  Either your IATA number (under 4G) is not an authorized ScriptEasyTM user, or you are not signed in.

Q.  How do I load ScriptEasyTM on my Go Res computer?

A.  If you already have your scripts loaded on a home computer and have been using the dial-up product, then the scripts will be in the right location for you to access them in Go Solo.

If you haven't loaded them on your Go Res machine yet, all you will need to do is download the latest update.
